What you previewed is what we make. If your piece doesn’t match the approved pattern, we’ll remake it free.

Your photos are used only to make your order and are never shared or published without your permission.
How refunds work
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once confirmed, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- For remakes, we start production immediately — no extra charge, no questions asked.
When the guarantee doesn’t apply
Damage from misuse after delivery (drops, heat, water)
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
- Subjective color preference when the piece matches the approved preview (actual bead colors may differ very slightly from screen colors)
