Every piece is made to order by hand — we never keep stock. Production time depends on size:

• 20×20 & 29×29 — 2–4 business days
• 50×50 & 58×58 — 3–5 business days
• 80×80 & 100×100 — 5–7 business days
• During holiday seasons, production may take 1–2 days longer.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Time

We ship worldwide with reliable international carriers. Typical delivery after production:

• Standard international — 7–15 business days
• Asia-Pacific — 5–10 business days
• A tracking number is added to your order as soon as it ships — follow it anytime from your Orders page.

Bead art is sturdy, but we still pack it like it’s made of eggs:

🛃 Customs & Duties

International orders may occasionally be subject to customs fees in the destination country. These are set by your local customs office and are the recipient’s responsibility. We always declare orders honestly.

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, or tracking hasn’t updated for 30 days, contact us — we’ll resolve it with a replacement or a full refund.
